"It's said that when you attain
direct knowledge of truth
all questions cease,
melting into bliss and a light
that is not the opposite of darkness,
that casts no shadow."
-- PWR, Journey of the Magi.

The terror that the war against terror has produced:
war photos from Afghanistan, and Paul's photos from the Iraq war in 2003.
WARNING: many of these images are disturbing.

These photographs of injured and dead children were taken by PWR during the invasion of Iraq. There is no possible justification for having taken such pictures other than to use them to point out the tragedy of war, the inexcusable impact on children and those who love them, the absolute immorality of such war, and the hope that somehow the knowledge of the suffering these children and their families endured will help to end such wars forever.

BE ADVISED: The pictures are very hard to look at. They are truly the epitome of what the war on terror has wrought; use discretion.

"I don't spend a lot of time thinking about myself, about why I do things."
-- George W. Bush.
